How to Place An order

In order to book a catering service, please go to the Services tab and scroll down to Book A Catering Event. You will be directed to a calendar that shows the available dates. You will receive a confirmation email once your request for booking is submitted and accepted.

Once booking is confirmed we will discuss the preferred menu and catering options. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response for booking. Currently booking weekend dates only.

***A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. If the deposit is not received within 48hrs of receiving the initial invoice, the requested booking date will be released. A 2 week advance notice is preferred when booking. For events less than 2 weeks out from the time of booking, once your invoice is received, immediate payment in full is required to secure your event date. Final payments must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to event date to avoid cancellation of services if booked at least 2 weeks out. There may be no changes to the menu once the deposit is received. A 25% refund of remaining balance may be offered for any cancellations on bookings that are paid in full at owner's discretion. All payments must be made before services rendered. Hey Good Cookin is not responsible for rendering services that are not paid in full.
